Please Note: The National Christmas Tree Lighting event will be taking place on the same day, which may lead to road closures and increased traffic congestion in the area. To ensure you have a smooth journey to the party, please plan accordingly.
QR Code:
To ensure smooth entry, please bring your QR code either printed or displayed on your phone. You’ll find the QR code in your event confirmation e-mail. Please ensure all guests have the correct QR Code by entering their e-mail address during registration. As you finalize your guest list, please send us their names and email addresses so we can add them to the system and generate a QR code. If a guest is replacing someone, please inform us of the replacement. If AOBA does not have your guest list, please forward the QR codes to your guests. Each QR code is unique to the user, so please avoid sending the same QR code to multiple people.
Dress Code:
Festive! We’re rolling out the red carpet and we want YOU to bring your A-game when it comes to style. Check out last year's photos to see how attendees dressed!
Parking:
LAZ Parking is generously providing discounted parking at the following locations:
- Valet parking is discounted at $25! Stay tuned for a QR code so you can reserve your parking in advance!
- You can self-park at 2445 M with a lower event rate of $10 starting at 5 pm
