Sip and savor in the Champagne Room, featuring delicate rosé and sparkling champagne, before indulging in a night of culinary delights and signature holiday cocktails that keep the cheer flowing in the elegant Grand Ballroom.

The National Christmas Tree Lighting event will be taking place on the same day, which may lead to road closures and increased traffic congestion in the area. To ensure you have a smooth journey to the party, please plan accordingly. Consider rideshare or public transportation for a stress-free start to the night.
Parking:
Thanks to LAZ Parking, discounted parking is available with advanced reservations:
- Valet: At the Fairmont (must exit by 1:00 AM)
- Self-Parking: Lot at 2445 M Street NW (must exit by 2:00 AM)
QR Codes:
To ensure a seamless entry for you and your guests:
- Bring your unique QR code or forward it to your guests. Each QR code is specific to the recipient—please do not share the same code with multiple people.
- You’ll find your QR code in your confirmation email, and we’ll resend codes on December 4 for your convenience.
- As you finalize your guest list, kindly send us their names and email addresses so we can add them to the system and generate their codes.
- If a guest is replacing someone, please notify us of the change so we can update the system.
- If AOBA does not have your guest list, please forward the QR codes to your guests. Remember, each QR code is unique—avoid sending the same code to multiple people.
