Allison Petruzzi joined Stream’s Northern Virginia office in 2021 as a Senior Property Manager. In her current role, Allison leads property management efforts for a portfolio of eight Northern Virginia office properties totaling 625,000 square feet on behalf of Stewart Investment Partners (SIP). With eight years of property management experience handling office and medical product types, she’s known for her professionalism, “can-do” attitude, and problem-solving acumen, priding herself on providing the highest quality service to property owners and tenants alike.
Prior to joining Stream, Allison worked at CBRE for five years in various roles, most recently as a Real Estate Manager. She has worked with such notable clients as Angelo Gordon, AWS, Beacon Capital Partners, Clarion Partners, and James Campbell Company.
