Associate's Leadership Council
The mission of the Associate's Leadership Council is to support and enrich the goals of AOBA while providing a platform to shape, strengthen and advance AOBA members.
AOBA transitioned the Associate's Coalition Team to the Associate's Leadership Council to align with the strategic objectives of the Board of Directors and Emerging Leaders Council. The Associate's Leadership Council (ALC) is composed of leaders within AOBA who demonstrate a commitment to AOBA's mission through their innovative ideas that enhance the real estate community in the DC Metro region.
By joining AOBA's Associate's Leadership Council, representatives agree to be actively involved in AOBA's mission to protect and enhance the value of its members’ investments through effective leadership, advocacy, information exchange and professional development.
Meetings: The ALC meets quarterly to develop membership programs, support AOBA's advocacy efforts and influence the strategic direction of AOBA.
