AOBA Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations received in writing one month prior to class or event will receive a full refund. Cancellations received in writing three weeks prior to class or event will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations received in writing two weeks prior to class or event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received in writing by one week prior to class or event will receive a 25% refund. Cancellations received less than one week prior to class or event will not be entitled to any refund. No-shows are responsible for the entire amount of the registration fee.
All credit card cancellations will be assessed for the purchase and cancellation fees associated with the credit card payment.
Late Registration Policy
Any registrations received after the registration deadline will be accessed for a $25.00 late fee, if space allows, where applicable.
Registration, attendance at, or participation in AOBA meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to AOBA’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videos, electronic reproductions, and audio of such events and activities.
Release of Liability
An attendee acknowledges and fully understands that to the fullest extent permitted by law, the AOBA does not take responsibility for any injuries that may result from their participation in an AOBA event. By their attendance, attendees agree not to sue and to hold harmless and release AOBA and its employees and agents from and against all liabilities for any accident, injury, illness, or damage related to or arising out of or during an AOBA event.
