For more than 30 years, AOBA's Holiday Party has been more than an event; it's a tradition that brings our community together.
Each year, members, colleagues, and friends gather to reconnect with familiar faces, welcome new ones, celebrate the season, and strengthen the relationships that make our industry and the AOBA community so special.
We are delighted to announce that this year's Holiday Party will return to the Ritz-Carlton, Pentagon City, where an elegant evening of celebration, connection, and exceptional hospitality awaits.
We are also excited to unveil new experiences that will make this year's celebration even more memorable.
- The After Party. The celebration doesn't have to end when the Holiday Party does. We are excited to introduce the After Party—a brand-new experience designed to keep the energy going, the conversations flowing, and the celebration alive alongside a cash bar.
- Passed appetizers and a welcome drink to kick off the evening as you arrive to reconnect.
- Two hours of heavy food stations with plenty to enjoy throughout the night.
- Late-night munchies to keep everyone going.
- Desserts, a DJ, and surprise entertainment we’re not quite ready to reveal yet. Shhh!
- And, most importantly, hundreds of AOBA members, colleagues, and friends together in one place to close out the year.

This year’s Holiday Party is being shaped through the creativity, perspective, and leadership of AOBA’s Holiday Party Committee.
Led by Audra Vernier with Bozzuto Management and Dan Dillon with Piedmont Realty Trust, the committee is bringing together members from across the industry to help create an evening that feels meaningful and memorable.

Holiday Party Committee members Chris Leon with Stream Realty and Katrina Kennedy with GardaWorld Security are leading a community impact initiative benefiting Covenant House.
During the Holiday Party, participate in a silent auction featuring items and experiences generously donated by AOBA members and partners. Proceeds from the auction will benefit Covenant House, allowing our annual celebration to create an impact that extends well beyond the evening itself.
