John Bigatel, CLT

John Bigatel is a Business Development Executive with BrightView Landscapes and has been serving clients throughout Maryland and the greater DMV region since 2006. With more than 25 years of experience in the green industry, he specializes in building long-term partnerships and helping commercial, multifamily, HOA, condominium, retail, and mixed-use properties develop proactive landscape management programs tailored to their needs.

Based in Frederick, Maryland, John works closely with BrightView’s operations teams to provide a full range of services including landscape maintenance, enhancements, irrigation management, tree care, plant health care, snow and ice management, and sustainable landscape solutions.

John is a Certified Landscape Technician (CLT) and has been actively involved in the local property management and apartment association industry for many years. In 2025, he was honored as the AOBA Outstanding Associate Member of the Year for his industry involvement, volunteer efforts, and commitment to supporting the association and its members. As a member of AOBA’s Associate Leadership Committee (ALC), John looks forward to continuing to strengthen industry relationships and support the multifamily housing community.
