Event Details

These two workshops will provide you with a basic understanding of HVAC for commercial properties. They will also arm you with the information you need to ask the right questions when interfacing with engineering staff,  vendors, subcontractors and building owners.

The sessions will be interactive, with plenty of Q & A, “show and tell” and multimedia presentations. Register for one seminar or take both.  The knowledge you gain from HVAC Basics will be invaluable to your entire property management career. The Automatic Control Systems elements reviewed in HVAC Beyond Basis are extremely transferable to all control systems, including fire/life safety, electrical and security systems.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
These seminars are geared to assistant property managers and property managers. Asset managers, building engineers and associates may also find these workshops valuable.
