Below are some important details for the event.
Registration:
Please bring the QR code included in your event confirmation e-mail. The email is from AOBA (team@aoba-metro.org) with the subject line: AOBA: 2026 Annual Meeting Registration Confirmation. You will need it to check in at the Annual Meeting. If you haven’t received the confirmation email, please contact bwhite@aoba-metro.org to request a new copy.
Annual Meeting Agenda:
- 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM Welcome + Networking
- 12:00 PM - 12:45 PM Lunch
- 12:45 PM - 2:00 PM Awards Show
Seating Assignments:
If your company purchased a table or if you are part of any of the following groups, you will be seated together:
- Board of Directors
- Alliance Board of Directors
- Emerging Leaders Council
- Associate's Leadership Council
All other attendees will be assigned seating. If you have specific seating preferences, please let us know in advance.
Parking Information: $12
To receive the discount rate:
- Scan the event parking QR code using your phone’s camera or a QR scanner.
- Tap the link that appears on your screen.
- Enter your name, phone number, credit card, and license plate when prompted (first-time users only)
Once the QR code is scanned and your vehicle information is entered, the $12 discounted parking rate will be automatically applied and charged to your license plate.
Exiting the Garage:
When you are ready to leave, simply drive out. The gate will open automatically—no kiosk or payment is required at exit.
Additional Notes:
If you already have a Metropolis account, scanning the QR code will automatically apply the discount to your registered license plate.
