Adam Landsman

Adam Landsman is the founder and president of Landsman Building Performance Services (LBPS), which is one of the DC area's leading provider of energy benchmarking and related BEPS compliance services. He is a national recognized expert on Building Energy Performance Standards, and he is passionate about sustainability, energy efficiency, and innovation. Adam brings more than a decade of executive leadership experience operating one of the area's oldest and most respected property management firms, as well as hands-on experience managing a large and diverse portfolio of multifamily properties. Previously, Adam worked for Booz Allen Hamilton serving Federal clients in the areas of energy, environment, and real estate. He holds a Master of Science from the University College London School of Public Policy and a Bachelor of Science from Syracuse University iSchool and he lives in Takoma Park, MD with his wife and two small children.
