This course, taught by Bill Clark, Vice President, Operations, Blake Real Estate, Inc., will be held from 8:00 to 2:00pm Thursday through Sunday at 1425 K Street, NW, 4th Floor.

This course provides information that property and facility managers must have in order to increase occupant safety and comfort while facilitating building efficiency to meet the business goals of an organization.
This course will cover building systems management, analytics, and optimization, best practices in building operations and maintenance, and high performance security and life safety systems design.
