The first webinar featured a conversation between Rich McClure, who is currently serving on BOMA's COVID-19 task force and BOMA International's President and Chief Operating Officer, Henry H. Chamberlain, about BOMA’s publication, Getting Back to Work: Preparing for Re-Entry Amid COVID-19.

Re-Occupancy: Conversations

May 6: 3:00pm - 3:45pm

The second part of the series was led by the Emergency Preparedness Committee who will facilitate a discussion around re-occupancy in the DC metro region. This is an interactive session - participation is highly encouraged and welcomed. This is our opportunity to share ideas, learn from each other, and think through re-occupancy together.

Four Emergency Preparedness Committee Members facilitated four 10-minute discussions around, hosted by the Chair: LaNile Dalcour, Director, Security & Life Safety, U.S. Office Division, Brookfield Properties

  • Kathy Guy, CPM, Senior Vice President, Management Services, JBG Smith is facilitating Elevator / Stairwell / Parking Garage
  • Leon A. Beresford, CPP, Senior Vice President, Corporate Operations, Admiral Security is facilitating Biological resources/temperature checks
  • Tracy Seymour, Business Development Manager, Allied Universal Security Services is facilitating Lobby and access to the building, crowds during peak hours of commuting into building
  • Ginnette Brock, Director of Property Management, Monday Properties is facilitating Amenities: fitness centers, conference rooms, co-working space

Re-Occupancy: Connections 

May 13: 3:00pm - 3:45pm

The third part of this series is led by the Associate’s Coalition Team on May 13th from 3:00pm - 3:45pm.  Since the second part of the series generated so much interest, we are going to break out into small groups to create more opportunities for dialogue. Attendees will choose their breakout rooms to discuss one of the key topics, then come back together with the larger group to share two key takeaways. By the end of this zoom meeting, our goal is to have attendees walk away with 10-15 re-occupancy strategies for your companies. 

  • Introduction/Welcome: 5 minutes
  • Breakout 1: 10 minutes
  • Large Group Sharing: 5 minutes (1 minute per group)
  • Breakout 2: 10 minutes
  • Large Group Sharing: 5 minutes (1 minute per group)
  • Closing: 5 minutes 

Cameras and chats will be enabled - participation is highly encouraged and welcomed. This is our opportunity to share ideas, learn from each other, and think through re-occupancy together.
