Join us to make a difference at the 2026 Virginia General Assembly in three easy steps:

  1. Select the day(s) you can travel to Richmond
    • NEW! Extended dates: through March 5, 2026.
    • If, for some reason, the only day you can attend is not available, please reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
    • We will work with you to arrange for you to join us on one of the days that you select.
  2. Choose the times you'd like to meet policymakers
    • Typically, the mornings consist of meetings, and the afternoons consist of testimony and committee meetings. Your presence at both is valuable. Better yet, come for the whole day and experience it all!
  3. Prepare for the meetings by reviewing our legislative materials - coming soon!

We understand that life gets busy, and there never seems to be a single day that works for all of us, which is why we created the most flexible and convenient lobby day experience for you. With the transition in the Virginia General Assembly, our legislators must hear your perspective so they can create policies that make our communities better.

You don't need to worry about a thing, except wearing comfortable shoes. We will be with you every step of the way as we navigate the halls of the General Assembly Building and during the meetings. We'll do our best to customize your itinerary so you can meet with the legislators who impact your business. Register for the day(s) and time(s) that work best for you, scan the materials, and share your experience.

Thank you for taking a day to join us in Richmond and we look forward to meeting you in the lobby of the General Assembly soon!
