Legislative Updates and Other Opportunities in the New Year
AOBA has just concluded another successful legislative session in Richmond, working on behalf commercial and multifamily residential owners and managers to improve the business climate in Virginia and stave off costly and onerous proposals.  Click here to view a full summary of legislation passed and defeated by AOBA this year.

In the coming months, AOBA will also be announcing special programming for AOBA members with Virginia interests to interact with policymakers and learn about state and local laws and regulations affecting commercial and multifamily properties.  This will include our popular (and FREE) fire systems training classes as well as our annual landlord/tenant legal seminar.  We will continue to keep you apprised as these opportunities arise.
