Sustainability: Regulators Roundtable
Bender Building - 7th Floor Conference Room
1120 Connecticut Avenue Northwest 7th Floor Conference Room Washington, DC 20036-3902 United States
On behalf of AOBA’s Sustainability Committee, join us to participate in our Regulators Roundtable.
AOBA sits at the intersection of public and private partnerships that help create sustainable, thriving communities across the region. Our members have made significant investments in efficiency, sustainability initiatives, and building modernization. Yet, at the same time, we recognize there is still important work ahead.
This roundtable is designed to create a direct feedback loop between policymakers and the building owners and operators responsible for implementing these policies every day.
Join us for a candid conversation focused on:
• Reducing barriers to load reduction and electrification
• Evaluating compliance feasibility across diverse building stock
• Improving data quality and reporting processes
• Exploring creative funding and incentive strategies
• Understanding how emerging technologies can strengthen building performance
This roundtable is an opportunity to come together, share operational realities, and identify practical solutions that help policy goals succeed. While we may approach this work from different perspectives, we share a common goal: creating more sustainable, resilient communities.
We look forward to bringing industry leaders and policymakers together for thoughtful dialogue that supports long-term sustainability goals across our region.
