Jamaul Roberts is the Vice President and Manager of Operations at Clean Green Commercial Cleaning, a family-owned company he co-founded with his mother over 13 years ago. With more than a decade of management experience, including prior leadership at Safeway, Jamaul has developed a proven track record of operational excellence, team development, and client satisfaction across the DC, Maryland, and Virginia metro area.

Under his direction, Clean Green now maintains over 1 million square feet of commercial space every month, serving government, educational, and private clients with a strong emphasis on sustainability and accountability. His focus on creating a positive work culture has resulted in one of the lowest employee turnover rates in the region, reflecting his team’s shared commitment to their clients and community.
