Montgomery County Rent Stabilization Listening Session
AOBA will host a listening session with the Montgomery County Department of Housing and Community Affairs on Tuesday, August 29, at 10 AM. Director Scott Bruton will provide a high-level analysis of the drafting process of regulations for the recently enacted rent stabilization law passed by the County Council.
