Maryland Fair Chance Housing

The Fair Chance Housing Act places limitations on a landlord’s use of criminal background screening.

Maryland Income-Based Housing Subsidies

Prohibits landlords from considering the income or credit score of a recipient of low-income housing subsidies (vouchers).
