- EXCITING ENTERTAINMENT: Harpist to set the ambiance and a jazz band to close out the evening
- MORE PHOTOS: Dress to impress as you stroll across the red carpet or strike a pose for the 360 photo booth
- GOURMET FOOD: Taste a variety of passed appetizers during the first hour and heavier stations for the last three hours
- LOCATION CHANGES during the party
- MORE TIME: The Holiday Party is extended to 10:30 pm - four hours of unlimited food and drinks.

Holiday Party Ticket:
The QR Code listed in the confirmation email is required for entry. Please ensure all guests have the correct QR Code by entering their e-mail address during registration. As you finalize your guest list, please send us their names and email addresses so we can add them to the system and generate a QR code. If a guest is replacing someone, please inform us of the replacement. If AOBA does not have your guest list, please forward the QR codes to your guests. Each QR code is unique to the user, so please avoid sending the same QR code to multiple people.
Please check your spam and junk folders if you don’t receive the QR code shortly after registering. QR codes will be resent from team@aoba-metro.org with the subject line AOBA "Holiday Party Registration Confirmation" on the following days/times to ensure all guests have the QR code.

Please Note: The National Christmas Tree Lighting event will be taking place on the same day, which may lead to road closures and increased traffic congestion in the area. To ensure you have a smooth journey to the party, please plan accordingly.
If you have not sent the names of your guests, please send them to Jeanne Clarke at jclarke@aoba-metro.org by Tuesday, December 3. By not doing so, it will increase your wait time to get into the party.
