Holiday Party Ticket:
The QR Code listed in the confirmation email is required for entry. Please ensure all guests have the correct QR Code by entering their e-mail address or forwarding the confirmation e-mail to them. All guests must scan, or bring a printed copy, of the QR code upon arrival.
Please check your spam and junk folders if you don’t receive the QR code shortly after registering. QR codes will be resent from team@aoba-metro.org with the subject line AOBA: Holiday Party Registration Confirmation on the following days/times to ensure all guests have the QR code.

The QR Code listed in the confirmation email is required for entry. Please ensure all guests have the correct QR Code. Just like a concert or sporting event, all guests must present the QR code on their phones or bring a printed copy with them to enter.
As your guest list is finalized, please send us their name/emails so we can add them to the system and generate a QR code. If they are replacing someone, please let us know who they are replacing. If for some reason, AOBA does not have your guest list, please forward the QR codes to your guests. Each QR code is unique to the user – please avoid sending the same QR code to multiple people.
