DC BEPS Guidebook Webinar

The DC Department of Energy & Environment (DOEE) will be unveiling updates to the Building Energy Performance Standards (BEPS) Guidebook. Join AOBA for an informational webinar session and discussion with DOEE staff to learn about changes being introduced, including how good faith efforts will be treated as a function of BEPS compliance and enforcement, what accommodations will be made for buildings experiencing financial distress, and how properties may enter into optional agreements for building improvements as an alternative means of achieving compliance.
