- Strategic Planning: Setting the vision, goals, and structure for the annual conference
- Program Development: Curating educational content, speakers, and roundtable topics
- Sponsorship & Partnerships: Engaging sponsors and partners to support and enhance the event
- Logistics & Operations: Coordinating venues, tours, and attendee experiences
- Awards & Recognition: Supporting the prestigious Regional TOBY Awards program
- Community Engagement: Fostering connections among BOMA members and promoting regional collaboration
