AOBerfest: A METPAC MD Fundraiser
The Maryland Government Affairs and METPAC-MD Committees, led by Harald Mangold with Scott Management, Luke Lanciano with Tower Companies, and Brian Alford with Grady Management invite you to AOBerfest - a METPAC-MD fundraiser!
Over the last few years, AOBA members in Maryland have seen an onslaught of harmful policies seeking to layer additional costs and regulatory burdens on commercial and multifamily property owners and managers. These policies include rent control, unachievable building energy performance standards, and much more. AOBA is our industry’s voice and line of defense against these onerous policies in Annapolis and throughout suburban Maryland.
But the only way to stem the tide of these harmful policies is to change the composition of the legislative and executive bodies. The Maryland Political Action Committee needs our support to elect the pro-business candidates whose policy platforms align with AOBA members’ interests and opposing the candidates that do not. The Maryland Political Action Committee supports AOBA's advocacy program by financially supporting candidates who understand the importance and contributions of our industry.
