Once again, it's time to give your maintenance staff the spotlight they deserve! This year’s program is scheduled for April 21 at Martin's Crosswinds in Greenbelt, MD. This exciting and national NAA competition is designed to recognize and reward your hard-working maintenance staff. There are opportunities to win lots of cash and great prizes, AND a chance to advance to NAA’s Convention on June 22 - 24, 2022 in San Diego.

Please note in order to participate in Maintenance Mania, you must be a multifamily member company and agree to the COVID-19, liability, and photo/quote release waivers when you check out.

The Maintenance Mania Committee hosts several practice sessions leading up to Maintenance Mania. Meet your colleagues, practice the games, and get ready for the biggest maintenance event of the year! Prior registration is encouraged so we know how much food to order.

9:00 am - 9:45 am: HVAC Workshop
Overview of the various systems commonly found at multi-family properties and how they move heat from one place to another. Plus, "trends and new tech" that is either arriving in the near future or recently entered our industry.

Overdrive Competition: Competitors ages 45 and older with the fastest time will win in the new Overdrive competition.

Turbo Tech Competition: This competition is open to each management company with 5 or more team members. The fastest overall tech on that team will win $100 and a trophy.
