AOBA is pleased to host another in a series of FREE training opportunities for members with interests in Virginia.  Join us as the Virginia Apartment Management Association's CEO Patrick McCloud leads us through a discussion on the challenges of managing assistive animal requests and HUD's new criminal background screening guidance.

With the rise of online websites claiming to provide verifications and blurring lines between those meeting the legal definition of disabled and those not, apartment professionals must exercise caution and take the necessary steps to ensure those entitled to an accommodation receive it while those simply trying to game the system do not. Over coffee we will navigate the process together so you may leave feeling confident you have the forms and knowledge necessary to stay in compliance.
