Katalin Peter is the Vice President of Government Affairs, DC, Residential. She has served as the organization’s lobbyist, representing AOBA in all matters related to multi-family residential real estate in the District of Columbia since 2021.

Katalin focuses her work at AOBA on modernizing DC’s landlord/tenant relationship through advancing proactive legislation. A Hungarian American, Katalin received her economics-based Juris Doctor from George Mason School of Law, where she served on the Journal for Law and Economics. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Government and German from Franklin and Marshall College.
