Michael Moschides
CFO of PulseIQ, LLC | CTA, MBA
Michael Moschides leads PulseIQ, LLC in the United States integrating energy benchmarking, IoT-enabled analytics, and smart building systems to drive performance and capital efficiency across real estate portfolios. He is also the founder of Aptis Group, a New York-based investment firm established in 2013, focused on technology sectors including AI, blockchain, and fintech. Michael has extensive experience in finance and technology, having served as Global Head of Institutional Business at easyMarkets and led North American institutional growth at Saxo Bank, where he implemented API-based trading platforms across commodities and FX markets. As a registered Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA) with the National Futures Association, he supports PulseIQ's strategic direction in finance, strategic development and innovation with capital access, risk management, and scalable infrastructure. He holds an MBA in Finance from Northeastern University and a BS in Economics from Bryant University.
