Innovative Developments LLC

Innovative Developments LLC is a licensed low-voltage contractor based in Gaithersburg, Maryland, serving apartment communities, condominiums, HOAs, and commercial properties across Maryland, Virginia, Washington DC, Delaware, and Pennsylvania. We design, install, and support access control systems, ButterflyMX video intercoms, CCTV camera systems, and structured cabling. Our work includes everything from full building entry and fob upgrades to garage, gate, and amenity access, all installed with minimal disruption to residents and with doors kept secure throughout the changeover. We offer transparent flat pricing and a 1-year workmanship warranty, carry $5M in insurance coverage, and provide responsive service after installation. We're joining AOBA to support property managers and owners across the region as they modernize building entry and security.
