Now Available - Montgomery County Form Required For Housing Providers
As of June 10, all housing providers must display in the lobby, vestibule, rental office, or other prominent public place on the premises, a sign in a form approved by the Montgomery County Department of Housing and Community Affairs’ director that includes information in English, Spanish, French, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, and other languages as determined necessary by the Director, about: (1) filing a complaint; and (2) prohibited retaliatory practices.
