Housing Providers Must Now Comply with New Montgomery County Posting Requirement

As of June 10, all housing providers must display in the lobby, vestibule, rental office, or other prominent public place, a sign in a form approved by the director of the Department of Housing and Community Affairs that includes information in English, Spanish, French, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, and other languages as determined necessary by the director, about: (1) filing a complaint; and (2) prohibited retaliatory practices.
