On Wednesday, Dec. 18 at 10:00 a.m., AOBA will host a briefing for members to provide a status update on the various council meetings to date in which we continue to advocate for a standalone Rental Housing Act Extension Amendment Act of 2019” (B23-433) and a separate deliberative process to identify effective housing affordability solutions. 

Member Feedback on Housing Affordability Solutions: In anticipation of a Council working group process, AOBA staff will present a draft list of housing affordability solutions for member feedback at the Dec. 18 meeting. This discussion will help staff develop AOBA’s platform of alternative solutions that we will advocate for before the Council. Please forward proposal ideas to Randi Marshall at rmarshall@aoba-metro.org in advance of the meeting.
