Since 1962, Raine & Son Plumbing and Heating has been specializing in the service of commercial and residential plumbing in Maryland, Northern Virginia, and Washington, DC. Raine & Son can provide property management, commercial plumbing clients, and homeowners with peace of mind. We pride ourselves on the best possible service, professional knowledge, cleanliness, fair pricing, and customer service. As Master Plumbers and Gasfitters, Raine & Son can be counted on to correct any plumbing problems…from the smallest faucet repair to underground repairs and hydro-jetting.
2. What services does your company offer?
Raine & Son LLC services include water heater, sewer and drains, gas piping, sump pumps, underground repair, garbage disposals, hydro jetting, water/sewer/gas lines, and dig up services. Raine & Son Plumbing is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. No matter what time of day it is, a live person is answering your call. We know how frustrating it can be when you have to punch numbers or talk to a computer-generated voice when calling any company. That is why Raine & Son Plumbing makes sure you are speaking to someone directly.
3. What are some of the biggest misconceptions about your industry?
The biggest misconception about the plumbing industry is that people think every part that they may need is sitting in a warehouse nearby. Some parts need to be specially ordered and could take weeks or even months to get once the order is placed.
4. What are you doing to help your clients at this point in time?
Raine & Son specializes in the property management industry providing the highest level of client satisfaction in plumbing and hydronic heating services. 5. As an AOBA member, what have you done to build your client base and drive the success of your business?
Raine & Son has been an active member of AOBA for over 25 years. I will be reaching 15 years of involvement with AOBA in November. Raine & Son has focused on building relationships with our clients. AOBA has done an amazing job to help facilitate that. Being involved in AOBA by joining and chairing committees, attending events and volunteering at charity projects has helped us develop those relationships along the way. Clients, Associates and AOBA Staff become a part of your family.
