METPAC Maryland

To augment and AOBA’s Maryland advocacy efforts by engaging in the political process to influence the outcome of elections by supporting those candidates whose voting records and policy platforms align with the industry’s policy agenda. The Maryland Metropolitan Political Action Committee is a critical component of AOBA’s advocacy program and is vital to the success of the industry’s efforts. Through the generous contributions of AOBA’s member companies, we are able to support the campaigns of industry-friendly candidates and issue campaigns. Additionally, we are able to leverage the PAC’s activity to open doors and build relationships with policymakers and to secure the face time necessary to educate elected decisionmakers regarding our issues.
