Virginia Government Affairs/PAC Committee

The AOBA Virginia Government Affairs Committee and Virginia Metropolitan Political Action Committee will meet on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, from 1:30-3:00 p.m. For convenience, the meeting will be in virtual format on Zoom.

Office Market

    • Are we seeing any positive market changes from return to office push?
    • Are we seeing any negative market changes from federal changes?
    • What are our expectations for market changes in the next 6, 9, 12 months?

Apartment Market

• • • Are existing residents changing leases due to job separations?
    • Are you seeing any changes in new leases due to local economy?
