Calling all Virginia Members to join PACtivators – an energetic and committed group led by Silas Pace with Carydale Apartments and Emerging Leader Redmond Powers with Monday Properties — to help plan and power our next Virginia PAC fundraiser!

We’re in the early stages of organizing our fifth Virginia PAC fundraiser, and it’s the perfect time to bring in fresh ideas and new energy to the table. With rent control on the horizon and a shift in the Governor’s office, your involvement has never been more important.

We are looking for members who want to help shape an engaging, strategic, and impactful experience for both policymakers and industry leaders. Whether you have ideas for programming, partnerships, outreach, or the overall event experience, your voice and participation can make a meaningful difference.
