Maintenance Maynia: Maintenance Escape Room: Can You Survive?
Join us for the second workshop of Maintenance Maynia!
Can you survive a day in the life of a maintenance tech? Can you navigate dangerous corners and potentially catastrophic failures? Do you have what it takes to survive the Maintenance Escape Room?
During our second workshop, participants will be given three scenarios. Each participant will be placed randomly into an 'escape' room to uncover a solution to the scenario. You must work together as a team to 'break out' of the escape room. Your elected spokesperson must report the solution to the group. The quickest team with a viable solution will win a prize!
To escape the rooms, you must be able to navigate difficult situations with grace. You must use code words to de-escalate irate residents, unruly tenants, and those that don't comply with apartment living.
After attending this workshop, attendees will walk away with new ways to de-escalate situations, code words to diffuse an uncomfortable experience, and increase resident satisfaction.
This workshop is ideal for maintenance professionals and property managers. Make this a team-building event on your property!
