The Building Engineering Management 101 is for property and facilities managers who need to make management decisions about various building systems and sites. Your decisions will increase occupant safety and comfBuilding Engineering Management 101 is a new course developed by Houston BOMA’s Engineer Education Committee, for building engineer professionals. The course will provide a high-level understanding of property management and building maintenance, as well as teach the vital soft skills that will help building engineers grow professionally and advance their careers. Students will be taught by industry leaders who are experts in the curriculum subject matter. Any professional who works in the daily maintenance of building operations and who demonstrates an interest in increasing their knowledge, skillsets, and leadership ability should take this curse. This course would be perfect for individuals looking to further their capabilities and understanding of effective communications, financial operations of a building, and the important relationships between building personnel with internal and external clients.

Upon successful completion of this course, learners will receive a Certificate of Completion on the last day of class.
