The BOMA MAC Committee, led by Lavon Butler with Akridge and Mike Bodendorf with Old Line Real Estate Solutions, is the dedicated leadership team behind the planning and execution of the BOMA Mid-Atlantic Conference. Comprised of experienced professionals from across the region’s BOMA local associations, this committee brings together a diverse group of industry leaders committed to delivering a high-impact, regionally focused event.

- Strategic Planning: Setting the vision, goals, and structure for the annual conference
- Program Development: Curating educational content, speakers, and roundtable topics
- Sponsorship & Partnerships: Engaging sponsors and partners to support and enhance the event
- Logistics & Operations: Coordinating venues, tours, and attendee experiences
- Awards & Recognition: Supporting the prestigious Regional TOBY Awards program
- Community Engagement: Fostering connections among BOMA members and promoting regional collaboration
