Alex serves as the Director of Policy Communications for AOBA, where he works to advance the regional state and local advocacy objectives of the organization. Alex has two and a half years of multifamily real estate policy experience having previously worked as a Manager of Public Policy for the National Apartment Association. He is a subject matter expert in rent control, eviction, and landlord-tenant policy.
Alex graduated from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania with a degree in Government. He grew up in Alexandria, VA and currently resides in Washington, DC.
