Linda Cogburn

Linda Cogburn, Vice President of Operations, co-leads property management of Carr Properties’ owned and managed portfolio. Linda has over 30 years of Washington, D.C. metropolitan area commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining Carr Properties, Linda served as Senior Director of Property Management at Penzance, Vice President of Property Management at Monday Properties, Managing Director at Equity Office Properties Trust, and General Manager with CarrAmerica Realty Corporation. Linda received her Bachelor Science in Human Resource Management from University of Maryland Global Campus.
