Her current portfolio consists of over 2,200 units across 7 communities in Washington, DC. During Lauren’s tenure with Bozzuto she has overseen the takeover of over 900 units in the developing Capitol Riverfront Lauren also has experience in mixed use, dispositions, renovation projects, and upcoming neighborhoods. Most recently Lauren has worked on the lease up of The Apollo on H Street, Novel South Capitol and The Lockwood in Capitol Hill.
