  • Develop and distribute monthly event calendars, promotional materials, and RSVP tracking using internal systems and marketing tools.
  • Partner with corporate marketing and creative teams to ideate and execute innovative programming and campaigns.
  • Monitor participation, feedback, and customer service KPIs to continuously refine offerings and enhance the resident experience.

Resident Experience & Amenity Management

  • Oversee all amenity programming and reservation systems, ensuring seamless coordination from inquiry through billing and post-event inspections.
  • Conduct regular walkthroughs of amenity spaces, ensuring cleanliness, readiness, and adherence to luxury standards.
  • Coordinate new resident orientation programs to drive engagement and awareness of building offerings.
  • Manage furnished unit program operations, including:
    • Move-in/move-out coordination
    • Housekeeping and OS&E inventory oversight
    • Resident onboarding experience
  • Serve as a key resident-facing liaison, facilitating service requests such as reservations, appointments, and lifestyle services.

Brand Partnerships & Community Engagement

  • Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with local businesses, vendors, and service providers that enhance resident offerings.
  • Leverage Related’s brand partnerships to create exclusive experiences and resident benefits.
  • Liaise with on-site and local partners (including restaurants) to coordinate reservations, private dining, and curated experiences.
  • Continuously seek new partnerships that align with resident demographics and elevate the lifestyle experience.

Operations & Financial Management

  • Oversee amenity space utilization and programming in alignment with financial goals and operational standards.
  • Manage event and programming budgets, including invoice processing, expense tracking, and audits (weekly, monthly, quarterly as applicable).
  • Review and submit invoices, track expenses, and ensure accurate billing for private events and amenity usage.
  • Perform regular audits including reservation charges, memberships, and storage units.
  • Create detailed event logistics summaries, floorplans, timelines, and work orders.

 Communication & Administration

  • Manage communication across email, resident apps, and social platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Coordinate on-site marketing placements and promotions in collaboration with PR and marketing teams.
  • Maintain detailed records, reports, and documentation for all programming and operational activities.
  • Support the General Manager and leadership team with additional initiatives and special projects.

Qualifications

  • Background in hospitality, hotels, public relations, entertainment, or multifamily luxury operations strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end event production, including logistics, budgets, vendor negotiations, and design.
