Built exclusively for AOBA members, this platform gives you a simple, effective way to share open positions across the multifamily and commercial real estate industry. This tool is designed to help you reach qualified professionals who understand the industry.

Why We Created This Job Board

Our members told us they needed a centralized, easy‑to‑use space to promote job openings—and we listened. The AOBA Job Board helps you:

• Promote opportunities within a trusted, member‑only network

• Support hiring needs across property management, maintenance, operations, leasing, development, and more

This is one more way AOBA is investing in the success of your teams and your properties.

How to Submit a Job Listing

Posting a job is simple. Just email your announcement to team@aoba-metro.org. Once received, our team will review and upload your listing to the job board.

To help us post your opportunity accurately and attractively, please include:

• Job title

• Company name

• Location (property or corporate office)

• Position type (full‑time, part‑time, temporary, etc.)

• Job description

• Key responsibilities

• Required qualifications or certifications

• How candidates should apply (email, link, portal, etc.)

• Any additional details you want applicants to know

Clear, complete listings help candidates understand the role and encourage stronger applications.

How Long Will My Listing Stay Live

All job postings will remain active on the AOBA Job Board for six months, or until you request that we remove the listing—whichever comes first. If you fill the position sooner, just let us know and we’ll take it down promptly.
