This excellent course ,which meets each week on Tuesdays and Thursday evenings, will help you follow the accounting process and create a budget from start to finish.
Key topic areas include:
*Record-keeping requirements
*Lease abstracts
*Annual Reports and Financial Statement
*Income and Expense Budgeting
*Working with Capital Revenue and expenditure cycles


This course will be taught by Audreona Nelson, General Manager, JLL.
Ms. Nelson joined the JLL team in December 2010 as a temporary hire. She was promoted to Assistant General Manager in 2013 and General Manager in 2016. Her strengths include tenant relations, financial reporting, audit compliance, contract/lease administration, property start-ups/transitions, and JLL procedural compliance. In addition, she has managed over $15M in capital/tenant improvement projects. Throughout her career, Audreona has had the pleasure of working with a diverse group of clients such as TIAA, Beacon Capital Partners, Brandywine Realty Trust, individual ownership entities and more.
