Rising Leaders Network
AOBA launched this exciting new initiative in February of 2011 geared to property managers with less than five years experience. The 2011 program drew 45 AOBA-member property managers who expressed a desire to enhance their professional development skills, build a network of peers, and become more engaged in AOBA advocacy, education and community outreach initiatives.

Rising Leaders Network Sessions for 2012
The 2012 program features a two-session format in March and April, focused on presentation skills. Expert trainer Mary Abbajay, Careerstone Group, LLC, will conduct the sessions.
