Throughout the year, AOBA recognizes industry excellence and association leadership through a number of awards programs.
- Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Award - Recognizes excellence in real estate management on the local level
- Sidney Glassman Memorial Award - Honors individuals for outstanding career contributions in real estate on a senior management level
- Leadership and Volunteer Tributes - Acknowledges key AOBA members and public servants for their strong support of the Association
- Outstanding Associate Member Award - Applauds AOBA's Associate Members for their vision, volunteerism and diligent efforts in the local real estate industry
