Lesa N. Hoover, Esq.
Lesa Noblitt Hoover is Vice President of Government Affairs for Maryland. Prior to joining AOBA she served as an assistant Public Defender in Maryland assigned to felony trials, trying several high profile cases. She attended the University of Maryland, graduating with a BA in criminology in 1979 and attended the University of Baltimore School of Law earning a Juris Doctorate degree in 1984. While studying for the bar exam, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Vincent J. Femia in Prince George's County Circuit Court. She is a member of the Maryland State Bar and the United States District Court, District of Maryland. Lesa joined AOBA in 1990.
